SALARY: $60-65K DOE

DIRECTS:
None
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Maintain capacity plan and master schedule for all work in both commercial &
defense (engineering through delivery & post-delivery install/test support)
MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Maintain master schedule for activities ranging from engineering through purchasing, manufacture, test,
and delivery/storage for both commercial and defense, including parts orders.
2. Develop/improve scheduling tools using ERP and/or other systems or models.
3. Analyze capacity and demand of key work centers, looking 12-18 months out.
4. Determine material need dates for purchasing.
5. Work closely with plant production control to ensure schedule accuracy.
6. Work closely with program managers and plant production control to ensure the right activities are being
worked at the right times.
7. Assist program managers with individual project planning based on capacity and master schedule details.
8. Maintain visibility of ABS, DCMA, or other external witness or oversight needed for defense projects.
9. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
Excellent written & verbal communication including ability to communicate with all levels of the organization &
external customers.
Excellent organizational skills
Advanced abilities with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project and with learning ERP & accounting software
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
No Physical Constraints or requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
