What You Will Do As an Associate with Ministry Healthcare-WI, you will have the opportunity to Assures appropriate selection, dosing, administration, and monitoring of medication orders in the retail pharmacy. Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday   You will: Reviews, verifies and enters physician orders into the patient medication profile. Compounds and dispenses medications for retail sales and/or delivery to patient care areas. Provides medication information and education to patients/customers, families and other healthcare providers. Documents interventions for use in medication therapy quality improvement efforts. What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: Required Credential(s): Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.  Education: Bachelor's Level Degree  Doctorate Degree (Pharm D) or Bachelor's Degree (with extensive experience) in Pharmacy required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
